Muffin Tin Calzones

Mini Calzones baked in a muffin tin? Sure!

Muffin Tin Calzones

Pre-made Pizza Dough 
(Life is short, friends!)
Ricotta Cheese
Fresh Tomato
Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Marinara Sauce

Cut pizza dough in to biscuit-size rounds. 
Lay single rounds in the bottom of each section of your muffin tin. 
Then start "stuffing".
(Embrace the mess!)

I stuffed ours with ricotta cheese, pepperoni, and fresh tomato,
(You can use different meats, various cheeses, additional veggies, anything goes!)

Next, I covered all of those yummies with another single-round of pizza dough.
*Lightly press the dough together to "seal".*

(You can also top with melted butter and Parmesan cheese!)

These bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Serve with marinara sauce to use for dipping. Yummy!

These are definitely a hit at our house!

**Fellow Mommies, if you're able, prepare these during nap time - Dinnertime will be a cinch.**
