As some of you may already know, we lost our beloved Ellie back in March. Below is a picture of our cherished one:
After searching high and low, we came to the conclusion that she had grown tired of being slobbered on and had left home. I immediately tried to order another "Ellie", but - of course - "Ellie's" just had to be popular right now, and the gray elephant Wabbanub is on backorder EVERY.WHERE. After a long, drawn-out process with one of those companies that seem to be located in some creepy guy's basement (That is not a slam on start-up businesses - I promise!), we decided that we were simply going to have to settle for a different creature until we could get our hands on another "Ellie".
So, meet Felix:
Felix is settling in to our family quite well! He gets along great with Bubba:
We are one big happy family, but hoping that "Ellie" returns home soon (or can at least be successfully ordered sometime in the near future).
