Taco Pie

When I first spotted this recipe on Momfessionals, I thought it looked like something my family would really like, and I was right! This Taco Pie has definitely been a hit in our house!

Taco Pie

1 Package of Crescent Rolls
1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1/2 Cup of Salsa
1 Cup of Crushed Tortilla Chips
I Cup of Sour Cream
1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

This recipe couldn't get any easier! 

Begin by browning your meat - adding in the taco seasoning and salsa as it finishes cooking. 
At this point you could also add any other ingredients your family might enjoy - black beans, corn, veggies - anything goes!

When your mixture has cooked through, spread it evenly down in a pie plate that has been lined with the crescent roll dough.

Atop the meat mixture, sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips.

Then layer sour cream...and shredded cheese.

Bake on 375 for approximately 20-30 minutes.

Serve with additional salsa and/or guacamole! 

This is the perfect quick-fix meal and also tastes delicious as leftovers!
