We are loving Bear Creek's Creamy Potato Soup Mix! It is so easy to fix, and I usually throw in some extra potatoes, carrots, etc. and crock all day. (I recently told a friend that I love that the word crock can be used as a verb.) My mother-in-law made sure we had some of this soup mix on hand when we came home from the hospital with Caleb. Shall I say, "God-send!"? (the soup & my mother-in-law).
This little guy has been around forever, and I knew Caleb had to have one. It's one of his favorite toys, and he's recently mastered actually getting the coins through the slot on the top of the piggy bank. Definitely a developmental milestone - We're so proud! ;-)
These are a great accessory that you can purchase to use with the Beaba Baby Cook, but I have loved them for other uses as well! See the Cheerios stored wonderfully in the large green container? We do that often. These little boogers have the perfect "mess-proof" seal. Love them!
I recently spotted this book at Ollie's! The illustrations are beautiful and the rhyming is fun! We've been using it for bedtime as well as other "snuggle-times" during the day. Is there anything better than snuggling a little one? I don't think so~
You know I love the Pioneer Woman, and recently she taught me how to score an avocado. (She comes over every week and gives me cooking lessons. *wink*) Maybe I'm late to the cooking game here, but I have not always cut my avocado this way, and her technique has changed my life. I'm not kidding. Not only do we continue to love the Pioneer Woman, but we are continuing to love putting avocado on everything - literally. Burgers, wraps, tacos, sandwiches, salads - You name it, we're putting avocado on it. Yummy!
It's the little things in life...

We love that soup! I usually do half water, half milk or fat free cream and add potatoes! Yummy!
ReplyDeleteI have taken your advice and tried it with milk - You're right! Delicious!
