2. Books & Schleich Animals:

We love books! Want to know about another one of our loves?

See that little cow in the top left-hand corner of this Instagram collage?

That is a Schleich cow. They make so many fun animals!

Check out this cute giraffe. We have some of the others as well - They are incredibly durable, and I love the ways they can be used for imaginative play.

3. Healthy Eating:

As the weather gets nicer, and we start enjoying more and more variety at the local Farmer's Markets, I have been focusing on mixing more and more fresh produce in to our meals at home!
I love scrambling eggs with fresh spinach & a little dash of garlic powder! For a low carb option, eat it just like that with some slices of tomato on the side, but if you walk to indulge, enjoy this mixture on a slice of sourdough bread. Mmm!

4. Outside Play:

I love taking the boys outside! Following naptime, we spend many of our afternoons in the great outdoors - enjoying the back yard, playing at the park, or taking a walk~ These moments with my kiddos are the simplest and yet they are some of my favorites.

5. Yard Work:

It seems like there is always an outdoor project to do! This Spring, we've been arranging rock, preparing the irrigation system for warmer weather, planting, weeding, preparing a new patio/fire pit area, and planting some more! (Did I mention we've been doing some planting?)
My hubby is great at letting my oldest get involved. See? Caleb even has his own tractor. ;-)

I hope your spring is off to a great start! Except for allergies and a few days that have been extra rainy, we have been loving our spring days! I definitely dig warmer weather and am anxiously awaiting summer mornings at the pool!
