Jewelry Speaks to Me

Do you shop consignment sales? While bargain shopping in the form of yard sales/garage sales is my absolute favorite, I am always up for a good consignment sale.

 

While I enjoy finding bargains for my kids at children's tag sales, I also get excited for my favorite women's consignment event that happens each spring [and fall] in my area.

 

Today, I am linking up with The Pleated Poppy to show you a few of my recent finds from the sale! 

 

 

It seems like - since I started shopping this annual event a few years ago - I have either been planning to get pregnant...pregnant...or losing baby weight from being pregnant, so clothes shopping has been a bit tricky; but scouring the shoe and jewelry section...now that's a totally different story! While I found some super cute (and super comfy) shoes...(the older I get, the more I find myself focusing on comfort), I thought it would be most fun to feature my new pieces of jewelry.

 

As a mom, finding/wearing appropriate jewelry can be a tad complicated. Some of my favorite necklaces are waaayyy to long...Some of my favorite watches/bracelets get snagged on e.v.e.r.y.thing...and while earrings usually get tugged on by my littlest one, I find them the easiest to deal with  - at this stage of life.
