I am really the only one in my house who appreciates a good pasta salad!
I have a go-to pasta salad recipe that I love, but this week, I was shopping my pantry (and my fridge) and decided to whip one up that looked a little different:
One-Pot Pasta Salad
While half of a box of rotini noodles boiled on the stove top, I chopped up some mozzarella cheese, a handful of pepperonis, and a few tiny bunches of broccoli.
I tossed it all together...
drenched (and tossed) it all in my favorite brand of Italian dressing...
then let it chill in the fridge.
Throughout the week, I snacked on perfect little portions...
...and enjoyed every second.
This was yummy, and I will probably soon give it a try on a larger scale!
